Epic Miami is an eye-catching 342 unit, 54-story building located in Downtown Miami nestled where the Miami River meets Biscayne Bay.  It’s all about the views at the Epic with its spectacular waterfront location, offering sweeping views in every direction!  Residents have views of Downtown Miami skyline, Miami Beach Key Biscayne, Island of Brickell Key, Atlantic Ocean and/or Biscayne Bay. The building and interior design was inspired by Miami’s Native Tequesta Nation and the water.  The rich wood panels anchoring the seating lounges in the lobby and multiple pools are welcoming as well as charming.

Exclusively to Design’s favorite feature in this building is the fitness center with such a luxurious atmosphere, you want to have a cocktail and lounge on the tufted circular banquette that is clothed in rich jacquard fabrics!  Who knew!  The other fabulous feature of The Epic Miami Residences is surrounded by a private promenade and picturesque grounds designed by a world leading landscape architect. You will escape into a fantasy of exotic, tropical botanical gardens where you can also take a moment to relax while watching the passing boats along the Epic Riverwalk, a private promenade connected to Bayfront Park.

The Epic Miami is also a top notch hotel with an abundance of services that the residences can also enjoy like babysitting, personal grocery shopping and limousine service.  The residences come equipped with accelerated quiet passenger elevators, around-the-clock video surveillance, smart technology available for lighting and window treatments, private storage facilities, Lilt, a popular lounge and bar, a 24-hour front desk and roving security as well as 24-hour valet services.

Epic Miami’s location is full of vibrant, urban energy located near museums, concert halls, playhouses, Miami Performing Arts Center, Met Square, Bayside Marketplace, and Miami International Airport.

Based on the organic and American Indian accents in the lobby and residences, Exclusively to Design would play off these design elements by adding pop accents of blue/green, interesting textures inspired by nature as well as wall partitions of aquariums to bring nature into the common areas!
