South of Fifth Miami Beach - Penthouse Remodeling
Our client from Boston wanted a complete transformative remodel of their outdated vacation home and occasional luxury rental. These concept boards represent our design to emphasize the expansive, stunning views by neutralizing the interior spaces. To accomplish this, we embraced the soft palette with organic materials and a play on textures while adding unexpected artistic details that our clients were looking for. This concept board represents the dining room design that mirrored the living room design in their long, open Great Room that has panoramic views at each end.
This master en suite design follows the soft neutral palette of the penthouse but we wanted to create more fantasy by adding in a, romantic twist for their relaxing boudoir with an edge!
This master en suite renovation involved major restructuring of the interior walls and plumbing to create this oasis. A frameless shower room with adjoining toilet room is separated by a bench and frosted glass partition for additional privacy. The original jacuzzi was replaced with a lovely soaking tub and full length, back lit mirror installed on Carrera porcelain slab walls.

The new book-matched Gold Calacatta Quartz was installed to update the kitchen into a soft contemporary metallic space for the family.
